Absolutely! Children are welcome — and kids and teens stay free as part of the all-inclusive resort experience. Bring a nanny, a grandparent, or your personal support team — all are welcome and encouraged. Make it a true family getaway.

Not necessarily! Most rooms max out at four guests, with a few larger family or suite-style options available (though they can get a bit pricey). Before booking an extra room, reach out to us. Since kids and teens stay free, there may be creative, group-friendly ways to make sure everyone has a bed and no one is paying more than they need to. We’re happy to help you find the best setup. Example: If you’re a party of five and someone else in our group is a party of two, one of your kids can be added to their reservation (on paper) while still sleeping in your room — everyone stays comfortable and costs stay reasonable. Bottom line: don’t overbook — check with us first and we’ll figure it out together.

The closest airport is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). All guests should book flights arriving into PUJ to take advantage of the resort’s complimentary transfer service. Guests are responsible for booking their own transportation. To qualify for complimentary transfers, reservations must be for 4 nights or more, and the transfer request must be submitted at least two weeks prior to arrival. At this time, no deposit is required. Full payment for the entire stay is due per room at the time of booking. All reservations made through the group link are all-inclusive and refundable.
